He is an executive from Corporate Sector (Tata Steel). He is an Engineer, with an MBA from PGDBM (XLRI). Mr Bhargava is also an Environmental Auditor from IEMA (a full member), UK. He has 56 years of experience, in which an exclusive of 25 years were dedicated to environmental monitoring, testing, studies and preparation of around 100 EIA/EMP reports.
